Long work hours, travel & a young family meant the gym was a chore. After trying CrossFit, I’ve committed to prioritising my fitness so I can enjoy the other aspects.

The varied range of activities compliments my Triathlon background perfectly and my sciatica is quite frankly a thing of the past. Tonight however, really brought it home what a great wee family it is. I was struggling to finish the workout in time and the whole crew carried me home!
I’ve never really given my all at anything outside of school and work – I always quit after 2 months or so.
